About These Terms
By using the Waha store and placing an order through it, you agree to the terms below. We recommend reading them before you order.
Products & Descriptions
We work to make every description accurate: the number of pieces, the stone type, and the metal colour. Most of our pieces are plated over a base metal, not solid gold or silver, and we state this on the product page.
Colour may vary slightly between the photo and the piece depending on your screen. If what arrives is genuinely different from what was shown, that is our mistake and we handle it under our Returns & Exchanges policy.
Prices
Prices are in Saudi Riyal. We reserve the right to change them at any time, without affecting an order already confirmed.
Orders & Confirmation
An order is considered confirmed once we contact you by phone or WhatsApp. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in the following cases:
- We cannot verify your contact details.
- The piece is out of stock.
- There is a clear error in the price or description.
- You have a history of repeatedly refusing delivery.
Payment
Payment is cash on delivery to the courier. We never ask for advance payment or card details.
Shipping & Returns
These are governed by our Shipping & Delivery and Returns & Exchanges pages, which form part of these terms.
Caring for Your Piece
Plated pieces need care: keep them away from water, perfume, and cream. Wear from daily use or contact with chemicals is not considered a manufacturing defect.
Intellectual Property
The content of this site — text, images, name, and logo — belongs to Waha and may not be used commercially without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any order does not exceed the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the site.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
