Where We Ship
We ship to every city in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, from Riyadh, Jeddah, and Dammam to smaller cities. We do not currently ship outside the Kingdom.
Shipping Fee
A flat fee of 25 Saudi Riyal applies to every order, regardless of the number of pieces or the delivery destination within the Kingdom. The fee is shown before you confirm your order, and nothing is added afterward.
Processing & Delivery Time
- Your order is processed within one to two business days of confirmation.
- It arrives within two to five business days after processing.
- Business days exclude Fridays and public holidays.
- Delivery may take longer during peak seasons like Ramadan and Eid, and we'll let you know if that happens.
Order Confirmation Before Shipping
Because payment is on delivery, we contact you on your registered mobile number to confirm the order before it ships. A correct mobile number is required to complete your order. If we can't reach you within three business days, the order is automatically cancelled at no cost to you.
Cash on Delivery
You pay the courier in cash upon delivery. You may open the package and inspect the piece in front of the courier before paying. If it doesn't match what you ordered, you may refuse delivery with no financial obligation.
Tracking Your Order
You'll receive a tracking number by SMS or WhatsApp as soon as your order ships.
Delayed or Lost Shipments
If delivery exceeds seven business days without a clear reason, contact us and we'll follow up on the shipment on your behalf. If it's confirmed lost, we'll resend your order or cancel it at no cost to you.
Incorrect Address
Please confirm your address and mobile number before confirming your order. Failed delivery due to an incorrect address or no response may require a new shipping fee on the next attempt.
